"I have just completed a 12 week block of 1:1’s with Sarah and am so pleased I did! My goal was to increase my speed on the lead up to a half marathon. By the end of the block I had new PBs for 5k, 10k and half marathon! 😍 All sessions were well planned and varied. Sarah has a great way of motivating you and getting you to give it your all! "I was persuaded by a dear friend to join Hatherletes, “you will love it!“ she said.  To say I was terrified that first evening, sitting in my car waiting to start, is an understatement.  But as soon as I met Sarah and all my fellow 0-5k starters, (who all looked as worried as me), we started to chat and I realised we all had the same aim and I would be fine.  Sarah’s knowledge and understanding of fitness and diet is evident, and her weekly emails with advice and tips are encouraging and helpful.  She gently nurtures every single person to bring out the runner in them.  No one is ever made to feel they are underachieving or holding people back.  We all start and finish together as a team.  Every week I am amazed what Sarah has helped me to achieve..... she has turned this 50 something, non runner, into someone who can run. Who is fitter and healthier and growing in confidence .... I look forward to meeting up each week, and yes, I love it!!!"

"I started running with the Hatherletes when I joined a 0-5km course in 2015.  Having never run before I was nervous about joining a group, but knew that I wouldn't get to 5km without one.  Sarah has been an amazing coach from that very first week.  She does a fantastic job of organising mixed-ability sessions, encouraging and enabling us all to push ourselves.  I have gained so much from joining Hatherletes:  fitness, greater confidence, and amazing friends.  As well as running, I absolutely love Sarah's boxing fitness sessions - a combination of an awesome cardio workout with some amazing stress-busting thrown in."
