About Hatherletes

The social running elite

In 2014 Hatherletes started with Sarah and a handful of friends.  Since then the group has grownn to include speed sessions, route runs, 0-5km courses, daytime runs, trails, weight-training and more!

Initially an all-ladies club, Hatherletes has since evolved into an awesome place where our members can bring along their husbands and partners to train with them - for free.

We are a non-competitive club, although it is still a place you can improve and thrive as a runner. We have runners ranging from run/walk through to 6-minute miling all training in the same speed sessions.

We offer seasonal clubs, classes and coaching packages helping athletes who want to compete or participate and achieve specific goals.  The 360 degree approach of Hatherletes ensures that members are well-rounded athletes who benefit from thoughtful coaching, creative training sessions and a really fun and friendly environment to train in.

Bespoke 1-2-1 coaching tailored to meet your training needs and goals - now there are a host of packages to choose from so you can fit the style of coaching you want around your lifestyle.



Strength & Stamina

Our ever popular marathon club runs from January through to early April each year.  It guides runners who are training for a full or half marathon, or simply for members who want to methodically increase their distance week by week in good company.  The club runs on a Saturday morning and is open to ALL-IN Hatherletes members.  Join here to get involved.

Our weekly group runs mean you never need to run alone.  Route runs are regularly held on Wednesdays (am & pm) - open to Hatherletes ONE and ALL-IN members.

Improving muscular strength and endurance

Free-weight and body-weight circuits classes for all abilities to improve muscular strength and endurance fitness.

Strength and conditioning to promote muscle hypertrophy and maximise strength gains.


Hatherletes RUN MOBILITY

A 20-minute dynamic stretching session held before our Monday night speed session.  Can be attended alone or as a warm-up for the following session.

Hatherletes like to smack pads!  A perfect upper-body focussed session to cross-train and complement your running fitness.

Our yearly trail series invites runners to join in monthly trail runs at the weekend which gradually build up in distance throughout the season.
